No Return Policy 

Thank you for shopping with Ting's Bridal Collection. We take great pride in offering beautiful, high-quality wedding gowns designed to make your special day unforgettable. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the delicate and seasonal nature of wedding dresses and accessories, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any orders, including both custom-made and ready-to-ship dresses and other products.

Ready-to-Ship Dresses

Our ready-to-ship dresses are brand new or floor samples and sold as-is. We provide detailed measurements, sizing charts, and photos to help guide your decision. Please ensure you review all sizing information and product details before purchasing.

Note: Many of the Ready-to-ship gowns are limited in quantity and cannot be held or reserved. Once sold, they may not be restocked.

Sizing Responsibility

We offer customization of the dresses by measurements. Customers are responsible for choosing the correct size. We strongly recommend being professionally measured before ordering if the measurements can not be taken by us. If you are between sizes.

Note: The dress may still require alternation even It's customized by measurements due to the body shapes or weight gain or loss. We are not responsible for any alternation after the dress is completed.

Damaged or Defective Items

We check every dress thoroughly and strictly before shipping. But If your dress arrives with visible damage or a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 1 day of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damage, including the dress and original packaging

We will assess the situation and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or repair. This does not apply to sizing issues or damage caused by improper handling after delivery.
